• Our History

  We are a friendly, family run business specialising in marquee hire in the Kent area and the only one to offer a unique, fully adaptable series of marquees for complete flexibility.

  We are passionate and full of energy and available to give you as much support as we possibly can, whether you need some great ideas to make your party memorable or you just want a relaxing, fun event. We’ve been doing this since 1981 so we know what works and what doesn’t. As members of the nationwide organisation Area Marquee Hire , we can draw on a national support network, which means that you get great service along with local knowledge and experience, and our first site visit is completely free.

• Our Team

  From the very first site visit you will have a single contact always on hand to answer emails or calls on every detail of your marquee hire. We’ll work hand in hand with you to ensure that the organisation of your event runs smoothly from start to finish.

  Gemma and Steve head up the crew at Kent Marquees and have been running the business for 15 years. Prior to that, Gemma worked in the hotel industry and has a wealth of behind the scenes knowledge in weddings, catering and special events. Steve used to work in the music industry and is now a part time semi professional guitarist. Steve has an amazing eye for detail and Gemma loves being involved with all aspects of the event. Together, they make a great team.
